“WEISS” 商标在中国

2016/2017
现在，我们终于可以在中国再次使用我们的“WEISS”商标了。为了捍卫我们德国韦思的商标权，重新夺回我们的商标，我们作出了坚持不懈的努力，历尽了中国各个级别的司法程序。最终中国的法院承认并采纳了我们所提交的以事实为依据的证据。

2013年及其后几年
很遗憾，在这几年中一家名叫“高分泰克“的公司伪造德国韦思化工技术有限两合公司的多种产品，并在中国市场上销售。在这些产品上，也贴有本属于德国韦思公司的“红-白-红”标识以及 “Weiss”字样。

我们要和这些产品划清界限，此类产品绝非德国韦思化工技术有限两合公司的产品。我司的产品目前仅由位于北京的高分宝树公司在华经销，并使用以下标识：

2012年9月19日举行的正式签约仪式，通过这次在北京的签约，北京高分宝树科技有限公司正式成为德国韦思化工技术有限两合公司在中国地区的独家授权经销商。

自2005年起，

我们在德国生产的COSMO®系列产品，已经由北京高分宝树公司成功分销。那时，（英文简称：BKC）。这家公司目前已停业。
