The new nomenclature for COSMO® composite panels

An important step into the future

In the meantime, we can look back on a company history of more than 200 years, which is connected with a constantly growing range of composite panels.

The great variety of our products and the sometimes difficult differentiation of brand and article names now requires a restructuring of our nomenclatures.

As from the 1st of January 2021 we will change our nomenclatures for COSMO® composite panels with the aim of simplifying them and providing more transparency for our customers.

What do you have to consider and what should you do?

1. Use the following explanation pages in order to prevent misunderstandings.

2. Inform your purchasing department so that it can make timely changes to the order texts in all relevant systems.

3. Change our nomenclature and article numbers in your EDP system and inform all employees who work with our COSMO® composite panels.

4. Inform your customers so that they can adapt to our new nomenclature and article numbers in good time.

5. Inform your marketing department in good time so that our new nomenclature and article numbers can be included in your marketing documents.
