Career start – 11 new trainees at Weiss

Today, 11 young people begin an exciting new chapter in their lives: Career start at Weiss Chemie + Technik.

At Weiss, the topic of apprenticeship has always been enormously important, both for the industrial and the commercial sector. Weiss sets great value on offering a well-founded and versatile apprenticeship to young people to prepare them for their professional future in the best possible way.

In this year, we are eminently proud of the enhancement of the Research & Development area due to the recruitment of three trainees in our chemical laboratory. This emphasizes the importance that we ascribe to the topics of innovation and progress.

In the same way, it is pioneering that we, for the first time, introduce a mentor system for our trainees in this year. Here, experienced and older trainees take on a responsible role and accompany the new trainees on their way.

Currently, 20 young people are employed in most diverse job trainings at the location Haiger. 

We welcome our new trainees and wish them a good start in their professional life.
